Terms of Service

CyberLiphe is a personal organizing tool. You type in, paste in, or confirm your own information, and we show it back to you on one page. It is not advice — not legal, financial, tax, medical, insurance or security advice — and it is not a system of record for anything official.

• You must be at least 18 and provide an email address you control.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and vault PIN safe.
• One account is for one person or household. Do not resell access.

• Membership is $5.99 per month or $59 per year, charged through Stripe.
• New members get 30 free days. A valid card is required up front, but nothing is charged during those 30 days.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan you chose begins and renews automatically at the same price until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal in your account menu. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.
• If a payment fails, access is paused until the card is updated. Stripe will retry on its own schedule.
• Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Because the first 30 days are free, we do not generally refund periods already billed. If something went genuinely wrong, write to support@cyberliphe.com and we will look at it case by case.

Paid membership includes a monthly allowance of AI screenshot readings. Extra readings can be purchased separately and do not expire. Allowances are not transferable and are not refundable once used.

• Do not upload other people's private information without their permission.
• Do not use CyberLiphe to store stolen credentials or to break any law.
• Do not attempt to attack, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

Everything you put into CyberLiphe stays yours. You give us only the narrow permission needed to store and display it back to you. We do not use your entries to train models, advertise to you, or build profiles.

CyberLiphe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for anything you miss, forget, or decide based on what the app displayed — including missed appointments, payments, renewals, deadlines, or losses of any kind. Keep your own copies of anything critical. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using CyberLiphe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or is used to harm others or the service.

CyberLiphe is operated by CyberLiphe. These terms and any dispute arising out of your use of the service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and CyberLiphe agree that the courts located in New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute between us.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page and take effect on your next renewal.
